The Enterprise Building History Tour

Explore the “hidden gem” of san benardino.

Experience the epic story of San Bernardino's most historic office building and see its vibrant transformation from nearly vacant to a landmark destination. Join us for an expert-led walking tour.

This grand landmark was built in 1927 and is the last-of-its-kind in the area. It has a rich history and was the site of many firsts in San Bernardino, including the first brewery. Today, it is a vibrant destination for entrepreneurs, events, and entertainment.

During the tour, you will discover the story of John Andreson, the visionary entrepreneur and pioneer who helped ignite the fire for the birth of Southern California's Financial Gateway, The Inland Empire. You will also learn about how his sons built the most modern business structure in the valley. The tour will be guided by the building's Creative Director and will highlight the site's 173-year history and its impact on the region.
